As a matter of common courtesy, our visitors are required to notify our Secretary of their commitment to attend. This is so our Caterer can be properly prepared to accommodate your presence.
An advance payment is therefore mandatory.

Regular dress code applies – Tuxedo!

Menu

The meeting will commence with gathering in the hall at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:00 p.m. The menu that our chef has prepared for the Festive Board reads as follows:

• Salad: Tossed Green
• Soup: Cabbage
• Main: Buttered heirloom carrots, Dauphinoise potatoes, Balsamic portabella chicken, Citrus glazed wild rice & cranberry stuffed pork loin
• Desserts: Coffee, Apple, Peach & Pumpkin pies

Refreshments and dessert table (for all) after lodge. This will also be an opportunity to ask questions to our speakers.

(As always, the chef is ready and able to adjust a meal to account for any dietary restrictions, so please do not hesitate to let us know of your needs.)

Payment must be received before Monday, September 16, 2019 – $40.00 by e-mail Money Transfer, Cheque or Money Order. REMEMBER: we can NOT accommodate you for the dinner if not registered and paid in advance!
