W.Bro. Scott Kenney
“Contemporary Canadian Freemasonry: Social Dynamics and Possible Futures”
J. Scott Kenney is an associate professor of sociology at Memorial University in St. John’s, Newfoundland. He completed his BA and LL.B. at Dalhousie University. After practicing law, he earned his M.A. and Ph.D. (1999) at McMaster University. He conducted SSHRC Post-doctoral research at Dalhousie and taught at St. Marys University (2001 – 2004) before taking up his current appointment.
Dr. Kenney has published many papers over the years as well as making presentations at the World Conference on Fraternalism, Freemasonry, and history, Paris France May 24, 2015.
His recent book entitled – Brought to Light: Contemporary Freemasonry, Meaning and Society is featured with a link to Amazon books in the sidebar on the right!
